Work Experience
Software Developer / Junior Software Developer
- Build customer-specific B2B integrations on Transporeon's Exchange Platform (XP) – a data exchange hub connecting shippers, carriers, forwarders and retailers with their ERP/TMS systems (e.g. SAP, Blue Yonder TMS).
- Analyse source and target structures and create mappings from EDIFACT, SAP IDoc, ANSI X12, CSV, XML and JSON to standard interfaces using XSLT/XPath, Velocity, Java and Apache Camel.
- Apply critical thinking to mapping design: edge cases, data validation, enrichment from Master Data tables and logic reusable across customers.
- Own delivery end-to-end: effort estimation, task review, implementation, unit tests, INT/ACC testing, PROD release, go-live and hyper-care.
- Work in a structured, ticket-based process (Jira) with clean technical documentation, in close cooperation with Professional Services, QA and Support.
- 3rd-level support: root-cause analysis of failed messages and mapping errors using logs and Kibana.
AI Initiatives Lead – Enterprise Integration
- Lead the team's AI initiatives: research and evaluate AI tools, define the standard toolchain (Cursor agent skills & rules, MCP servers for Jira, Git, logs, Maven) and roll it out.
- Introduced an AI code-review quality gate (Bugbot), pilot Spec-Driven Development and drive automation (Jira-triggered bots, automated deployment).
- Authored the AI cybersecurity policy and ISO / SOC 2 documentation; run trainings and the team's AI knowledge base.
Web Developer (part-time, remote)
- Freelance web development since 2024 – websites for small businesses and local organisations, from requirements and design to deployment, hosting and maintenance.
